Tucked behind an existing bungalow in the middle of historic downtown Davis, this 2900 sf infill building creates a mixed-use environment while sensitively maintaining the characteristics of the existing neighborhood. The project utilizes innovative energy, heating and cooling systems to minimize its ecological impact, and has won a number of local awards for its sustainability.
