Working with LaCol, Raons Públiques, and Margherita Galante, this winning entry for the City of Barcelona’s competition Portes de Collserola (Gate 11) proposed an alternative and inclusive process for engaging the community around a public improvement project, calling into question the city’s formally-driven urbanistic strategies.
